We love 30 Day Challenges! There are so flexible. You decide where you want to run and when you want to do it. If on one day you feel like running a mile and on the next you feel like two, then that's fine. You have 30 days to run or walk the Dubai Marathon virtually from when you sign up.

It's free to enter, but to grab one of stunning new heavy duty medals you need to raise £50. If you hit £250 you also get one of our fantastic new hoodies and a special teddy, as well as the medal.

All you need to do is use an app like Run Keeper or Strava, or a smart watch like a Fitbit or Garmin on each run or walk and send us the evidence once you've finished you final run. We'll then verfiy it and a few days later…
