30 DAY CHALLENGES
The Dockland Settlements aims to provide support to local communities who live close to our centres. Our focus is on working in Newham, Southwark and Tower Hamlets to provide sporting, social, recreational and educational activities. We provide low cost playcare to help parents go back to work or remain in work.
Since 1894 we have helped more than half a million people. 92.3 % of our spending is on charitable activities. Taking one of our 30 Day Challenges and fundraising for us will have a huge impact on our work. We are reliant on supporters like you!

Entry to our 30 Day Challenges is free. If you raise £50 you'll get one of our high quality medals and if you raise £100 you'll get the medal, plus one of our running shirts and a running vest.
Do you need some running gear? We'll send you a code for a massive 20% off shoes, clothing and accessories at our online running store partner, as soon as you sign up.
