“Training’s going well: how do I change my predicted finishing time?” That’s a question we hear every so often; related ones include the need to amend personal info such as a change of address.
So how do you amend info supplied at the time you registered online with the Marathon on your charity’s dashboard (also known as the Marathon console)? It’s a simple process if you have your Booking ID which runs to more than 20 digits and looks something like this:

Where can you find yours? It’s in the email you received from London Marathon Events londonmarathon@letsdothis.com at the time of registering.
In fact, if you locate that email in your inbox, there’s an “Edit your details” button right there that means you won’t even need to laboriously input your ID number.
If you made a note of your ID and can’t be bothered to go back in search of the original email from some months ago, here’s an alternative route: go to https://www.letsdothis.com/manage-booking
…and key in the ID.
The dashboard remains open until March 20. We understand that’s the last day your can change a predicted finishing time. It’s not yet clear how you change other essential details if this proves necessary after that date – but we will advise on that in a future message.
