Whatever event you have an entry in we'd love you to fundraise for us. There are no fixed targets if you have your own entry in an event, but as a thank you we'll gladly refund you the cost of your race entry (up to £40) if you raise £250 and if you get to £1000 you'll get a £150 gift card!

We would really appreciate you using your running event entry for us and raising whatever you can. We promise to offer you a comprehensive and personal support programme that will make your running experience second to none.
We are the first aid charity for Wales. With a rich history, we've been there for the people of Wales for over 100 years. Whilst we may have changed over the years our work is as important now as it was 100 years ago and we need your support.
Raise £100 and you'll get one of our quality running tops. You'll get your entry refunded up to £40 if you raise £250 and a £75 gift card to the Sapphire Running Zone online shop if you get to £500. Getting to the magic £1000 of fundraising gets you a £150 gift card instead! New running shoes could be on their way!
