We love our 30 Day Challenges! There are so flexible. You decide where you want to run and when you want to do it. If on one day you feel like running a mile and on the next you feel like two, then that's fine. You have 30 days to run or walk it in from when you sign up.
Join using the link below and then set up a fundraising page on Enthuse here. It's free to enter, but to grab one of stunning new heavy duty medals you need to raise £50. If you get to £100 you also get one of our fantastic running shirts as well as the medal.
