Our 16 week event focused marathon podcast episodes are as follows:  

WEEKS 1-3

Event scene setting, the principles of training, training plans and fundraising

WEEKS 10-12

A review of the route, race logistics and interviews with runners who ran it in previous years.

WEEKS 4-6

The importance of long runs, along with nutrition  guidelines and fundraising support

WEEKS 13-14

A discussion of the taper, race day planning and, strategy, along with fundraising advice 

WEEKS 7-9

A look at injuries, the role of physios and the importance of wearing the right gear

WEEKS 15-16

 Race week essentials, inc expos, race day logistics, race day etiquette and fundraising ideas.
