MEMBER'S ONLY PODCASTS

As well as our four podcast channels we have a series that are only available to those who sign up to a Membership Plan. Our member's only podcasts are delivered via a private link and you can then add this link to your preferred podcast player, like Spotify or Apple Podcasts. These are available to everyone who signs up to a Membership Plan, whatever the level. They include input from experts, as well as interviews with runners just like you who give invaluable input. You will be sent an email when you buy a Plan with full details.

As annoying as it is many of us will get some niggles during our running careers. Our injury podcasts and videos look. at a wide range of subject such as: how to avoid getting injured, the most common running injuries, the best static stretches for runners, the best dynamic stretches for runners, a focus on 'Runner's Knee', a focus on 'Shin Splints', a focus on Plantar Fasciitis, a focus on Hamstring problems and more

We love fundraising and we passionately believe more runners and walkers should do it.  Our podcasts and videos will give you lots more detail and real life examples of those that have been there and done it. Amongst other things we'll cover how to use social media to maximise your fundraising, how to use email, how to deliver a successful fundraising event, how to get the most from your fundraising page and much more.

Our nutrition content includes: getting your training nutrition needs right, race day nutrition strategy, using gels, the importance of water during training and race day, carbohydrates and running, the importance of protein,  how to manage alcohol during training and more.
