WHATSAPP GROUPS

Our WhatsApp groups are available to our Diamond and Sapphire Members. Those with a Diamond Plan can use our main groups, focusing on training and fundraising, and those with a Sapphire Plan can use them and also have one to one access to our team and can ask questions whenever they like. We'll send you invite links when you join a Plan.

TRAINING

Our Training WhatsApp groups covers all the key training areas, like training plans, the long run and the taper, but also includes wellness, nutrition, injuries and events. Ask your questions and you'll get all the feedback you need.
