EVENT PODCAST SERIES

Welcome to our series of Event Podcasts. This collection is included in all of our Membership Plans and each is also available as a one-off purchase.

Each series includes training and fundraising support , information on the course, interviews with runners who have been there and done it, input from physios, nutritionists, charity fundraising managers and much more. The first week we'll talk about your training plan and how to incorporate it into your lifestyle and the last one will focus on how to make race day one of the most memorable of your life!

The marathon podcast series are 16 episodes and the half marathon series are 12 episodes, with a new episode published every Monday. Each episode is between 20 and 30 minutes. The marathon and half marathon series thast are not linked to an event are 12 and 8 episodes respectively. You can see the episode information here and the timeframes.  Each series is £2 per episode.

MARATHON

Whatever marathon you're doing this series is perfect for you. 12 episodes that will cover training and fundraising and also cover race day planning and strategy, including race day nutrition.

LONDON MARATHON

One of the World Marathon Majors, this is an iconic event and one of the biggest single day fundraising events in the world. Over 50,000 runners head from Greenwich to the famous finish on The Mall.

MANCHESTER MARATHON

The course is known for being one of the flattest and fastest in the UK. Starting near Old Trafford, the route passes through areas such as Stretford and Altrincham before finishing back in Manchester,

RICHMOND RUNFEST

The perfect showcase to southwest London, the race starts in Kew Gardens and takes in Kew's Palm House, and Great Pagoda then Kingston and Richmond before the amazing finish in Old Deer Park.

CARDIFF HALF

The biggest running event in Wales and part of Europe's Superhalfs series runners pass the Castle, Principality Stadium, the Bay and a scenic loop of Roath Park,  before the city centre finish,

BATH HALF

Runners pass historic landmarks like the  Royal Crescent, Pulteney Bridge and the world famous Roman Baths,  through scenic Georgian streets.  Great crowd support is guaranteed!

READING HALF

Famous for its finish inside the Reading football stadium, this event takes runners through the heart of the city passing the Abbey Arch and alongside the River Kennet. It's also very flat!

HALF MARATHON

Whatever half marathon you have planned  this programme is just what you need. There are 8 episodes that will cover training and fundraising and all aspects of race planning and strategy.

BRIGHTON MARATHON

The race begins in Preston Park before heading through the city centre and towards the coast. Runners pass the iconic Brighton Palace Pier, enjoying views of the English Channel.

EDINBURGH MARATHON

The course winds through stunning landscapes, starting in the city centre, passing iconic landmarks like the famous Castle. The finish is in Musselburgh, past the oldest golf course in the world.

GREAT NORTH RUN

60,000 runners head from Newcastle city centre, across the Tyne Bridge, to  the coastal town of South Shields in the biggest half marathon in the UK and one of the biggest in the world.

LONDON LANDMARKS

Starting at Pall Mall and finishing on Whitehall, runner pass landmarks like Big Ben, St Paul's Cathedral, the Tower of London, and the London Eye, with many sights along the River Thames

ROYAL PARKS HALF

The course takes runners through London’s famous Royal Parks, including Hyde Park, Kensington Park and Green Park, combined with iconic landmarks like the London Eye and Buckingham Palace.

LIVERPOOL HALF 

From the Albert Dock to Sefton Park this is one of the biggest running events in the northwest and showcases many of the city's famous landmarks, like the Liver Building and the new Everton stadium.
